These Terms & Conditions of Service (“Terms”) form the basis of the agreement between Vivid Sparkle Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Services Provided
- We offer domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning services as advertised on our website or in promotional material.
- Specific service details (scope, frequency, price) will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Bookings & Access
- Bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or online.
- You must provide clear access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible, cancellation charges may apply.
- Pricing & Payment
- Prices are confirmed before booking.
- Payments are due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

- Health & Safety

- Hazardous environments or unsafe working conditions may result in services being declined.
- Insurance & Liability
- We are fully insured for public liability and employee cover.
- We will not be liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing damage to property or items
- Loss or damage caused by faulty equipment or materials provided by the client
- Client Responsibilities
- You must inform us of any special cleaning requirements, fragile items, or restricted areas.
- You must ensure pets and children are kept clear of working areas for safety.
- Staff Conduct
- All our cleaners are vetted and DBS checked.
- We ask that clients treat our staff with respect. Abuse of any kind will result in immediate termination of services.
- Complaints & Service Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
- We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no extra cost, where reasonable.
- Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- Health & safety is at risk
- Payment is repeatedly late or withheld
- Staff are subject to abuse or unsafe conditions
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
